Warm the pot

Rinse teapot and cups with hot water first.

One heaping teaspoon per 150ml of water.

How we serve tea in the shop: one cup, a jujube, two goji berries, and time.

  1. 0:00 Warm the cup and drop in the jujube and goji.
  2. 0:00 Add the leaf and pour the water over it.
  3. 0:00 Steep. 3 min
  4. 3:00 Drink slowly. Refill the same leaf twice more.
Gongfu Brew

Gongfu Brew

Many short infusions. The leaf changes every time — that's the point.

  1. 0:00 Rinse the leaf with hot water and discard. 5 sec
  2. 0:05 First infusion. 20 sec
  3. 0:25 Add five seconds to each infusion after that. 25 sec

One pot, one steep, no ceremony.

Oolong Milk Tea

Our shop milk tea, brewed strong so the leaf still reads through the milk.

  • Water at 95°C150 ml
  • Whole milk150 ml
  • Sugar30 g
  • Ice1 tall glass
  1. 0:00 Steep the leaf hard for a concentrate. 5 min
  2. 5:00 Strain, stir in the sugar while it is still hot.
  3. 5:00 Cool it completely — warm tea will melt the ice and thin the drink.
  4. 5:00 Fill a glass with ice, add milk, then pour the tea over.
Cold Brew Oolong

Cold Brew Oolong

No heat, no bitterness. Start it tonight, drink it tomorrow.

  • Oolong leaf8 g
  • Cold water1 L
  • Time8–12 hours
  1. 0:00 Put the leaf and cold water in a bottle.
  2. 0:00 Refrigerate overnight. 10 min
  3. 10:00 Strain and serve over ice.
  4. 10:00 Keeps 3 days cold.
Sugarcane Oolong

Sugarcane Oolong

Sugarcane instead of syrup. It sweetens without flattening the tea.

  • Oolong leaf3 g
  • Water at 95°C100 ml
  • Sugarcane juice50 g
  • Lemon3 drops
  • Orange1 slice
  1. 0:00 Steep the leaf strong and let it cool. 3 min
  2. 3:00 Pour the sugarcane juice over ice.
  3. 3:00 Add the tea and three drops of lemon.
  4. 3:00 Stir once and finish with an orange slice.
Oolong Latte

Oolong Latte

Floral and malty against milk. Underrated.

  • Whole milk150 ml
  • Honeyto taste
  1. 0:00 Steep the leaf for a strong concentrate. 4 min
  2. 4:00 Strain into a cup.
  3. 4:00 Add warm milk and stir.
  4. 4:00 Sweeten with honey if you like.
