Orders & shipping

Everything is roasted in Campbell, CA and shipped nationwide. Orders over $50 ship free. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us with a photo and your order number — we'll make it right.

Pickup & cafes

Prefer to say hello in person? We have four Bay Area shops — Campbell (roastery & tea house), San Jose, Fremont and Cupertino. Order ahead for pickup at phin.cafe.
