  • Water at 95°C300 ml
  • Steep3 minutes
  1. 0:00 Warm the pot.
  2. 0:00 Add the leaf and pour the water over it.
  3. 0:00 Steep. 3 min
  4. 3:00 Strain the leaf out. The same leaf will give a second, gentler pot.
