  1. 0:00 Rinse the leaf with hot water and discard. 5 sec
  2. 0:05 First infusion. 20 sec
  3. 0:25 Add five seconds to each infusion after that. 25 sec
  4. 0:50 A good oolong gives 6–8 infusions before it fades.
